Night at the museum is never an opportunity one passes up, especially not if the exhibition features the very city we live in.
Greater New York. Sculptures, installations, films, and art of every form covered ceilings walls and floors of the 3-story exhibition space. Offering snippets and glances into the city's history, the works altogether told a compelling narrative, outlining how all the subcultures came together to shape the creation of New York into what it is today. (Well-summarized by our lovely museum guide aka Anty's boyfriend)
For someone who definitely appreciates art but is not quite capable of fulling grasping and analyzing the meanings behind the artworks, this exhibition was as entertaining as it was challenging.
